I wonder if Nate's old enough for this?

Actual train of thought in my brain within the last few days:

Sprinklers are like an erector set for grown ups . . . Except cooler because it's with water . . . pipes and connectors would be a good toy for kids . . . it would be cool if kids could hook up pipes in different ways and then run water through them . . . that wouldn't really work because it's too hard to keep the connections from leaking . . . I wonder if you could make some kind of toy with easy to make connections . . .
Ok, all of that is just normal random activity in my brain that was soon forgotten and would have stayed forgotten — until I saw this.

wow, that is pretty crazy. if nate got one of those, i bet he'd be the coolest kid in town.

If Nate got one of those maybe in about 13 years I could have sprinklers that work! (or at whatever age he becomes useful for landscaping employment.)

So...a little bird told me you went to the zoo this weekend...and that there is photographic evidence of said trip. We'd like to see that evidence.
